Booking Policy

All bookings made at Villa Eos are subject to these terms and conditions.

You are kindly asked to take a moment to read them carefully prior to your booking.

By completing a reservation, you declare that you have read and accepted the below policies.

Guests are responsible throughout their stay for the safekeeping of their personal and valuables.

Villa Eos shall accept no liability for loss, destruction or damage.

It is recommended that upon arrival, guests lock up their valuables in the safe available at the villa.

Booking terms & conditions

Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: before 11:00
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises of the villa.

Please note
* Upon arrival, guests are required to pay an Environmental Fee of €15.00 per night, which is not included in the booking total and must be paid separately.
This fee is the Resilience Fee for the Climate Crisis, as required by Article 53 of Law 4389/2016.

Reservation & Paymeny Policy

In order to guarantee the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required (please note that the sender bears any transfer fees).
The balance of the 70% of the total costt is due 30 days before arrival.
A valid credit card is required upon check in along with a valid form of identification (ID, Passport, Driving Licence).

Cancellation Policy

The 30% deposit of the total cost is non refundable..
If the booking is cancelled or modified within 30 days before the date of arrival or in case of no-show or earlier check-out the balance of the 70% will be charged
